As a Consultant, Infrastructure Management, you’ll play a vital role in supporting and maintaining the test environment infrastructure for ASG, helping us deliver touchless banking services to digitally savvy, value-conscious clients. You’ll work with a team of experienced professionals, expanding your technical expertise and contributing to the bank’s agile and modular approach to strategy and technology. Your responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of issues and incidents using Jira, resolving technical challenges through troubleshooting bridges, and recommending infrastructure solutions that align with established standards. You’ll also create and support test environment deployments using ServiceNow, coordinate business-as-usual activities like operating system and application upgrades, oversee migrations from on-premises to cloud, and manage certificate renewals for internal and client-facing applications.
