What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University Master Business Engineering, (HR) Management, Civil Engineering, or similar, 0.5 to 3 years’ experience as a consultant, Outstanding collaborative team player, good communication skills, interest and experience in HR/ Change, Analytical mind, exploring options, able to synthesize into conclusions, Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous, committed, interest in data and AI-related topics, ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer, Dutch and English fluent/native mandatory, Prepared to participate in temporary assignments all over Belgium and abroad (e.g. France)
