What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience in consulting and/or healthcare industry roles, Foundational understanding of payer operations, Foundational understanding of reimbursement/payment structures and policies influence payment outcomes, Analytical skills, Comfort working with advanced Excel, Ability to create clear, well-organized client deliverables, Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal), Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, US Citizenship required, Ability to travel up to 25%
Nice to Have
Depth in commercial payer functions, Provider-side strategy/ops experience, Experience supporting strategy, operating model, and/or performance improvement initiatives for payer/provider organizations, Exposure to federal health programs, VA-related work
