Must Have
7+ years of full stack development experience, Expertise in both backend and frontend technologies, Ability to work independently as a one-person development team, Take ownership of a project end to end, Expertise in developing web applications in Python, Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web interfaces using modern JavaScript/React frameworks, Strong ability to write complex SQL and stored procedures, Ability to tune high performance database queries, Extensive experience managing relational databases (MySQL) in production, Experience with large-scale data migrations, Experience with schema management through code, Strong experience in API design and development, Hands-on experience implementing Elasticsearch, Building Elasticsearch from scratch within an existing application, Experience building cloud-native software applications in AWS, Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows, Experience with automated test/build/deploy tools in a Python and React tech stack, Hands on deep development experience in JAVASCRIPT/REACT, SOLID web application development, Expertise/Experience building multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/CSS, Javascript, XML, jQuery), Working expertise in relational databases MYSQL, Dev experience APIs, Hands on experience working in a CI/CD environment and automate build/test, Work independently, Have ownership, Solid communication, Ability to interact with business stakeholders
