Role Title: Consultant – Finance Data Controls & Reconciliation Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Consultant to support finance data controls, reconciliation, and data quality management within a regulatory reporting environment (including ESG / ISSB disclosures). This role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and controls, ensuring that critical financial data is accurate, complete, and audit-ready. You will work closely with finance, risk, and data teams to investigate discrepancies, resolve data issues, and maintain strong governance standards across systems. Key responsibilities 1. Data Quality & Validation Perform data validation checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of finance data. Analyse exception reports to identify trends, anomalies, and recurring data issues. Investigate root causes of data breaks and coordinate with upstream teams to resolve them 2.
