Reinforce what is working well
Address what is not working
Engage in monthly Service Touchpoints
Direct consultants/contractors to Communities
Communicate with peers
Provide accurate documentation
Document consultants in applicant tracking systems
Document consultants in other tools
Act as subject matter expert
