Discuss open End Date Review
Discuss Job Inquiry cases
Discuss Refer a Friend Cases
Partner with Talent Experience Team
Drive service in supporting accounts
Weekly call with US team
Stay on top of consultant issues
Reinforce what is working well
Address what is not working
Engage in monthly Service Touchpoints
Direct Consultants/Contractors to Communities
Communicate with peers
Provide accurate documentation
Document consultants in ATS
