Must Have
5-8 years of relevant consulting-industry experience, Deep understanding of data management best practices, data modeling and data analytics, Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools like Tableau and PowerBI, including their integration with ETL outputs, understanding of U. S. pharmaceutical datasets and their applications, Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate., Proficiency in Microsoft Office products & data analysis tools (e. g. , SQL, Python, R), project management and people management skills., Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences, organizational abilities and effective time management skills, Ability to thrive in an international matrix environment and willingness to support US clients during US working hours with 3-4 hours of overlap., Awareness of latest technologies related (but not limited to) to cloud platform services, visualization, data management

Evaluate and assist in optimizing ETL processes and database performance to enhance overall system efficiency
Works with project leadership to define project scope and development approach for each project
including conducting issue analysis and hypothesis development.
