This may include due diligence sessions with product and sales teams, operational workshops and participation in implementation/on-boarding with operations teams and relationship managers. Post-implementation, the Derivatives Client Services Team manages the product relationship, maintaining close contact with clients and/or internal client teams and acting in a proactive development role as well as serving as the primary escalation point for complex issues. This role operates under general supervision but works well independently. Coordinates large and/or complex projects. Has technical expertise to resolve day-to-day queries, and serves as a liaison to related areas. Have both broad and in-depth knowledge in derivatives products, plus strong knowledge processing areas. Leads relatively complex, extensive, high profile activities e.g. direct interaction with clients and senior management. Demonstrates excellent Collaborative, analytical, consultative, communication and judgment skills.
