Must Have
3-5 years of experience in Operations functions, Experience in Asset Servicing and/or Asset Management
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree, emphasis in Accounting/Finance, Experience in Corporate Actions, Understanding of the Corporate Action Lifecycle processes, Knowledge of global market nuances related to Corporate Action processing, Experience operating industry recognized platforms, such as Aladdin and Eagle

Coordinate global partnership across all operational functions
Provide guidance and support to clients in navigating
Set up Event Announcement
Perform Reconciliation
Investigate Corporate Actions’ related issues
Resolve Corporate Actions’ related issues
Perform detailed analysis of global Corporate Action event
Identify potential risks associated with Corporate Actions
Identify opportunities associated with Corporate Actions
Develop process improvements
Support initiatives that benefit division/department strategy
Ensure all updates are incorporated into relevant Corporate
Collaborate with internal partners across the enterprise
Maintain BCP procedure updates
Promote best practices
Maintain Volumes trend analysis
Maintain Error log for the process
Assume various cross-functional roles and responsibilities
Provide hands-on training for new staff
Provide functional cross-training for experienced staff
Generate ideas for operational efficiency
Assess impact of operational efficiency ideas
