This role requires excellent understanding of various investment instruments, e.g. Equities and Fixed Income. As a Consultant, you will provide valuable guidance and support to our clients in navigating corporate action events. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities** * Responsibilities will include setting up of an Event Announcement, Election Management, Processing of Entitlements, as well as Reconciliation, Investigation and Resolution of Corporate Actions’ related issues. * Perform detailed analysis of all global Corporate Action event types, including but not limited to Mergers, Dividends, Exchanges, and Tenders to provide comprehensive insight to the internal and external partners. * Proactively identify potential risks and opportunities associated with Corporate Actions to develop process improvements or in support of initiatives that benefit division/department strategy * Responsible for ensuring all updates are incorporated into relevant Corporate Actions Procedures. * Cross-functionally collaborate with internal partners across the enterprise to resolve escalations, inquiries, incidents and challenges as quickly as possibl
