What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's Degree in organizational behaviour, psychology, business administration, organization studies or similar, fundamental insight in the area of Change or Business Transformation, at least 2 years of relevant experience in (change) consulting preferably in one of the Big 4, pronounced business and change skills and experience, involved in conducting important transformation projects, willing to participate occasionally in international projects, ready to travel occasionally for short business trips, Fluent in Dutch and English - orally and written
Nice to Have
French is considered an asset

develop business with the team
perform consulting missions
lead consulting missions
contribute to develop in depth knowledge
understand profound change digital transformation brings
develop materials expressing thought leadership

Team & Collaboration
work with the consulting team; count on the expertise available; develop materials with the Dutch and international team
Communication Scope
Fluent in Dutch and English - orally and written
