You’ll lead complex projects to design strategic solutions aligned to CIBC’s enterprise architecture roadmap. As a Business Systems Consultant (BSC), you’ll support end-to-end project implementation, from inception through to implementation, and act as a subject matter expert in both business and technology. You’ll ideate and collaborate with a diverse team to create and set up flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience. _At CIBC, we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Create strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements. * **Solution design -** Working with our Development and Infrastructure Teams, assemble client-focused solutions that meet business requirements.
