Bachelor’s or master’s degree required, preferably in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a closely related discipline., 1–7 years of consulting experience in analytics, commercial excellence, life sciences, or healthcare., Strong understanding of business processes, market dynamics, and decision-making drivers., Hands-on experience with Segmentation & Targeting, Call Planning, and Sizing, including technology-enabled solutions., Exposure to statistical and technical methodologies, particularly for S&T use cases., Proficiency in SAS OR Python OR R-Language (primary requirement)., Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills., Ability to structure insights clearly and present them confidently to clients., Effective time management and ability to handle multiple priorities., Strong collaboration skills and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs., Knowledge of consulting tools, methodologies, and industry trends.
Nice to Have
Exposure to Patient Analytics is a plus., Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools is a plus.
What You'll Do.
Work on Commercial Excellence and SFE engagements

Help define the analytical approach and methodology for client problem statements and execute independently.
Perform end-to-end quantitative and qualitative analyses
translating complex data into clear business insights.
Develop client-ready consulting deliverables
including structured presentations and executive-level storytelling.
Assist in reviewing and translating client requirements into analytics-driven
client-focused solutions.
Contribute to the creation of project documentation
technical specifications
and analytical frameworks.
Support proposal development through analytical inputs and solution structuring.
Proactively build knowledge of consulting methodologies
and the life sciences market.
Work under the guidance of Senior Consultants
while owning defined workstreams.

The ideal candidate brings strong exposure to Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) within the healthcare or life sciences domain, with hands-on experience across Segmentation & Targeting, Call Planning, and Sizing (including technology-led approaches). A diverse consulting background is preferred, with comfort in applying statistical and technical methodologies, especially as S&T problems rely heavily on statistical techniques. Strong storytelling and client-ready communication are critical to the role.
