Must Have
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Customer service, problem solving, and analytical skills, Proficient ability to multitask and manage a high volume of work, communication skills (written and verbal), must be comfortable presenting and interacting with customer and sales regularly, Possess leadership qualities
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred, 5 years of work experience, preferred, Experience with reporting tools such as Business Objects and/or Alteryx, preferred, Pharma and/or 340B experience preferred, SAP and Salesforce knowledge preferred
What You'll Do.
End-to-end account integration
Assess customer needs to ensure accounts are set up accurately
timely and in compliance with 340B guidelines
Implementing new 340B business that is self managed or utilizing a 3rd party EDI solution
Demonstrates and executes on knowledge and understanding of relevant 340B business processes at various levels to ensure successful completion of project and process
Uses deep subject matter expertise
influence and process skills to help the customer and EDI vendor identify and meet their high priority needs
drawing on best practices and comprehensive technical knowledge to advise internal/external customers
Applies knowledge of the customer's business and 340B industry expertise to develop optimal solutions for both internal and external customers
Ensures that customers and vendors have a positive commits to meeting or exceeding expectations
Provides routine status updates regarding implementations
Manages implementation process that involves a variety of tasks
leading efforts of involved forges partnerships with appropriate measures performance of implementation against desired results and makes improvements
