What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10 years of experience and proven track record in IT Consulting with a global consulting firm, achieving sales, business development, chargeability, and delivery success., Proven ability to communicate at all organizational levels, create technology-based solutions to business problems, and present content that resonates with both business and IT stakeholders., Sales and growth goals achievement through strategic planning and execution., Led Data & Analytics & AI consulting and transformation services, including building and scaling Data & AI practices., Secured and managed a portfolio of business based on Data & Analytics & AI-driven services, with a proven track record in sales., Extensive experience advising, client engagement and relationship management at CXO level., Experience in AI and GenAI: Proven experience in implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions., Expertise in Data & AI Strategy, Advanced Analytics, Data Modernization, Data Governance., Experience managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders., Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives., Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public sector environments., Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins., Sound personal brand and presence in the industry.
