In this role, you'll perform a variety of construction tasks, including structural upgrades and repairs. You will be a key team member, responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship from start to finish. This includes loading and mixing materials, helping out where needed and maintaining a clean and safe worksite. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong commitment to safety and quality. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Install required structural upgrades for accounts * Complete home repairs such as roof repairs, minor stucco and drywall, and structural upgrades * Provide project review and material sourcing * Mix paint, ingredients, or chemicals, according to specification * Maintain a high quality of workmanship * Load and unload materials * Perform job site cleanup and maintain vehicle with equipment for each project * May assist with organizing equipment in the warehouse when support is needed * Maintain compliance to all PPE and safety regulations per OSHA and company standards * Other duties as assigned **QUALIFICATIONS** * At least 2 years of residential construction or solar experience * Ability to est
