The Construction Technician works on the Construction Services team. The Construction Technician is primarily tasked with maintenance and repair work for Progress Residential vacant homes and providing excellent customer service. ## ._ESSENTIAL_ _FUNCTIONS_ * Ability to assess a service request job assigned and determine the appropriate steps necessary to resolve the service request * Ability to complete electronic forms and service request entering all required information, accurate jobs notes and job photographs * Ability to provide outstanding customer service and be an ideal representative of Progress Residential’s standards * Construction Technician will conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations (such as Lead Based Paint, ADA, Fair Housing, HAZCOM Program OSHA, etc.) * Participate in field and formal training related to providing service to Progress homes * Maintain fleet ve
