Ability to stand/walk/kneel/crouch, Ability to remain stationary at least 60% of the time, Ability to operate office equipment, Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, Ability to reach with hands, Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, Ability to see details of objects, Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, Exposure to varying weather, Required to navigate rough terrain, Required to work in confined spaces, Required to operate at heights, Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10 years of verified experience as a Quality Control Manager working for General Contractors on NAVFAC or US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects, 10 years of verified foreman experience in one or more of following trades: Mechanical; Masonry; or Carpentry, USACE Construction CQM Certification

What You'll Do.

Coordinate construction quality management program

Review contractor quality control plan

Attend quality control meetings

Monitor three-phase checklists

Provide remarks on QA reports

Validate material quantity and condition

Coordinate support for system testing

Assure quality workmanship

Witness selected tests

Keep Government sponsor advised
