What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10 years of verified experience as a Quality Control Manager working for General Contractors on NAVFAC or US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects, 10 years of verified foreman experience in one or more of following trades: Mechanical; Masonry; or Carpentry, USACE Construction CQM Certification
What You'll Do.
Coordinate construction quality management program
Review contractor quality control plan
Attend quality control meetings
Monitor three-phase checklists
Provide remarks on QA reports
Validate material quantity and condition
Coordinate support for system testing
Assure quality workmanship
Witness selected tests
Keep Government sponsor advised
