Must Have
Minimum 5 years experience as a construction superintendent or in a similar role, Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites, In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes, Proficiency in MS Office, Organizational and time-management skills, Ability to lead and inspire
What You'll Do.
monitor projects from planning to completion
Purchasing/tracking equipment and materials
Set performance goals and deadlines
Plan construction processes and create job schedules
Estimate costs and ensure the project is on budget
Assist in building millwork and other small work on-site
Monitor and report on project progress
Plan inspections and obtain construction permits from local authorities
Resolve on-site issues and emergencies
Supervise onsite sub-contractors and provide constructive feedback
