What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, Knowledgeable of and ability to read and interpret plans and specifications, Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), Must have a vehicle to use for work
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Master (MA or MSc) preferred, Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project is preferred but not required
What You'll Do.

Oversee procedures and processes for efficiency
Implement recommendations to develop and improve processes
Oversee preparation and ensure execution of job contract
Negotiate with and select subcontractors
Review the plans and specifications for construction
Review construction schedules
Assist is the management of the pre-construction schedule
Advise project team of issues and deficiencies
Understand the contract between CaseCo and owner/client
Understand project estimate and budget set-up
Understand subcontractor and supplier contracts
and update the detailed project schedule
Establish the punch list process
Establish close-out procedures with Project Manager
Maintain a Zero Punchlist
Schedule subcontractors
Ensure timely completion
Opening the jobsite at the beginning of the
Securing the jobsite at the end of the
Perform quality control duties
Ensure subcontractor is fully executing and complying with
Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions
Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety
Identify conflicts in construction progress
Communicate conflicts to project team for resolution
Maintain daily log of all activities on jobsite
Perform superintendent duties at multiple job sites
Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by
Walk project daily to monitor activities
Assist in future planning
Provide Project Manager with 2-week look ahead schedules
Gather project material submittals
Maintain records of approvals at the job site
Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractor
Identify and track all long lead time items
Prepare for weekly progress meetings
Lead weekly progress meetings
Anticipate issues and proactively works to avoid or
Prepare requests for information
Create owner and subcontractor change orders
Revise monthly cost projection
Handle collections related to work
Update project schedule as needed to meet the
Deliver project on time

Resolve interpersonal conflicts among project staff
Handle errors or delays
Coordinate with Owners to align goals
