What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in residential construction, renovation, or property management—preferably in single-family rental (SFR) turns and rehabs., ability to write, review, and negotiate detailed scopes of work and budgets., Deep understanding of construction practices, pricing norms, inspection procedures, and building systems., Ability to analyze video or photo-based inspections to develop remote scopes of work., Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining rent-ready quality., Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment., Must be authorized to work in the U. S.
Nice to Have
Candidates must be based in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Texas.
