Must Have

5+ years of direct experience in commercial construction, GC or Developer preconstruction, Commercial estimating, Construction project management, Owner-side capital project procurement, Experience working on industrial, warehouse, office, retail, data center, or large-scale commercial projects, Direct exposure to GC bid breakdowns including general conditions, fees, contingencies, allowances, and divisional scopes, Experience participating in or leading competitive GC RFP processes, understanding of commercial construction sequencing and how projects are built, Hands-on experience running competitive GC RFP/RFQ processes and coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines, ability to interpret and structure construction bid data, perform bid leveling, and create decision-ready outputs, Advanced Excel skills (bid tabs, scenario comparisons, normalization), attention to detail, Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical/commercial inputs into clear recommendations, Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment and work across U. S. time zones, Willingness to travel as needed

This is an owner-side construction procurement / strategic sourcing role partnering with Development and Construction teams to run competitive RFP/RFQ bid events, drive bid leveling and commercial evaluation, and deliver clear, data-driven contractor selection recommendations. You’ll manage multiple and concurrent sourcing events, lead bidder communications, and translate complex GMP, lump sum, and cost proposals into clean, comparable insights. This role focuses on commercial sourcing rigor, market intelligence, contract readiness, and supplier evaluation—helping Prologis deliver consistent outcomes across projects and regions.
