What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5+ years of experience in low voltage construction or electrical systems, Proven experience supervising field operations or crews on commercial construction sites, Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents, Familiarity with testing, inspection, and commissioning processes, Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office, project reporting tools)
Nice to Have
Fire alarm installation and commissioning experience strongly preferred, NICET certification (Fire Alarm Systems), OSHA 30, Manufacturer certifications (e.g., Notifier, Siemens, Edwards, etc.)

Lead field teams, subcontractors, and vendors; Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and clients
