What You'll Achieve.
Ensure project is completed within scope, budget and schedule; Ensure all predecessors are completed to meet project completion dates; Ensure subcontractors readily understand expectations of the project; Ensures that subcontractors provide adequate staffing levels to meet the project schedule
Industry & Context.
Resolves site conflicts regarding the sequencing of work and unforeseen conditions
Ability to travel up to 100% depending on the project assignment which may exist outside of geographical assigned territory
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate degree with 5 to 10 years of direct project coordination and supervision experience in the Commercial and/or Industrial Building Construction Industry, Excellent coordination skills, Ability to supervise simultaneous large project activities, High level of competency in written and verbal communication skills, Ability to travel up to 100%, Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Writer, Visio and basic Windows environment

Oversee total construction effort
Supervise site activities
Coordinate Johnson Controls work with other site contractors
Manage Johnson Controls subcontractor work
Ensure JCI Employees and Subcontractor follow JCI Safety Policy
Identify project objectives
Ensure customer satisfaction
Submit regular progress updates
Conduct regular job walks
Act as project safety program coordinator
Resolve site conflicts
Establish project recovery plans
Ensure project document controls comply
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate Johnson Controls work with other site contractors; Works with Major Projects team; Coordinates with Area and Branch Leadership
Communication Scope
High level of competency in written and verbal communication skills
Process & Methodology
Oversee total construction effort to ensure project is completed within scope, budget and schedule, Manage all Johnson Controls subcontractor work for timeliness, accuracy per design documents and quality, Works with Project Manager in managing risks and assists in establishing project recovery plans
