What You'll Achieve.
Ensure construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities are executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and commissioning plans; Protecting the Client’s interests; Track commissioning defects, punch lists, and outstanding items through to closure; Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements; Coordinate logistics, access, sequencing, and interfaces to avoid conflicts and delays
Industry & Context.
Ability to undertake short‑term travel within GCC countries
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline), Minimum 18 years of professional experience, Significant experience in construction supervision / site management, Demonstrated involvement in testing, commissioning, and handover of mission-critical or data center facilities, Proven experience working in a PMC or Engineer’s Representative role on large, complex projects, understanding of commissioning processes, system integration, and operational readiness, Experience in the UAE
Nice to Have
on‑site leadership and coordination skills, Deep understanding of PMC and Client‑side supervision responsibilities, Deep technical knowledge in structural, architectural, and MEP coordination, Practical knowledge of commissioning sequencing and system readiness, quality, safety, and risk awareness, Clear reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills, Arabic is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Provide full‑time on‑site leadership
Manage and coordinate contractors
Ensure works are delivered
Monitor site progress
Enforce quality assurance
Support and witness FATs
Coordinate and supervise commissioning readiness
Review and provide assurance on contractor commissioning plans
Track commissioning defects
and verification of as‑built documentation
Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements
Chair daily site coordination meetings
Act as the primary on‑site interface
Review and support responses to RFIs
and monthly site and commissioning reports
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site supervision teams; Act as the primary on‑site interface between the Client, PMC team, contractors, vendors, and authorities; Chair daily site coordination meetings and participate in weekly progress and commissioning meetings

Clear reporting; Documentation; Stakeholder communication
