What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10 years in project controls, planning, and scheduling, Proven experience in Data Center or Manufacturing projects, Expertise in developing detailed project plans from master schedules using Primavera P6, Ability to monitor trends, analyze schedule impacts, and prepare status reports, ability to adjust schedules and report discrepancies against baseline, Degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, or Production Engineering, verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and Excel, Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work independently, stakeholder and client management skills, Analytical, organized, and proactive problem-solving abilities

What You'll Do.

Develop and maintain project master schedule

Prepare and maintain Basis of Schedule

Collaborate with key stakeholders

Apply resource loading to establish plans

Calculate and manage Earned Value KPIs

Implement owner’s scheduling specifications

Coordinate progress tracking with GC

Ensure schedule activities are coded

Facilitate Interactive Planning Sessions

Establish and monitor critical path

Incorporate scope changes and trends

Provide detailed reporting on progress
