This role will develop, implement, and oversee the construction safety program for all employees, contractors, and visitors. It involves monitoring compliance with safety regulations, conducting safety training, and investigating incidents to prevent future occurrences. **Role Responsibilities** * Develop, implement, and maintain construction safety plans, policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with regulatory and Haleon global standards. * Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and regular site inspections to proactively identify and mitigate safety risks. * Manage and continuously improve the Permit to Work (PTW) system and contractor safety management, including daily PTW logs and gemba walks. * Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable local, state, and federal safety regulations. * Deliver safety training, inductions, toolbox talks, and safety meetings for employees, contractors, and visit
