What You'll Achieve.
Preventing workplace injury and risk; Ensure buildings have been constructed in accordance with building codes; Ensure buildings have been constructed in accordance with safety design standards; Ensure the client gets a safe operational facility; Produce results within budget and timeframe; Achieving desired overall project velocity

Plan and accomplish goals
Travel up to 75%, Preferred base within the West Coast (United States), Routinely involve a blend of on-site health and safety auditing and remote desktop work, Site visits routinely require a great deal of walking at multi acre construction sites with uneven ground
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 3 years of experience required in a safety or engineering related field, Possess a solid knowledge of occupational safety technical subject matter, Highly familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the occupational safety field, Valid driver's license required
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree preferred – ideally, in a safety or engineering field, Experience in warehouse business settings a plus, Construction safety, Job Safety Analysis, Machine Guarding, Slip/Trip/Fall Prevention, Personal Protective Equipment, Broad spectrum OSHA Regulations understanding, technical writing skills, the ability to successfully multi-task, safety awareness, a good record and understanding of safe work practices

Provide health and safety compliance auditing

Conduct site observations
Coordinate and execute safety projects
implement and execute service plan
Provide input to project managers

Team & Collaboration
Interface with client stakeholders, construction teams, developers, engineers, and building occupants; Works with numerous internal and external stakeholders; Routine ongoing work and negotiation with numerous customer stakeholders
