Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, Previous experience in the construction field, Ability to work in various weather conditions, Ability to navigate rough terrain on construction sites, Willingness to travel for team meetings, client consultations, and on-site observations, Ability to work overtime as needed, Possession of a valid driver’s license, Driving record which meets the requirements of SEH’s Driving Program, Authorized to work for any employer in the U. S. without requiring visa sponsorship
Nice to Have
Applicable DOT technical certifications, Ability to obtain DOT technical certifications within six (6) months, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Experience with AutoCAD, Experience with MicroStation, Familiarity with BlueBeam software
What You'll Do.
Monitor construction activities
Ensure compliance with plans
Document field activities
Document inspection activities
Assist with preconstruction meetings
Assist with progress updates
Assist with conflict resolution
Prepare construction change orders
Negotiate construction change orders
Assist in development of proposals
Complete constructability reviews
