This position requires consistent exercise of discretion and judgment in analyzing and interpreting information before making reasoned recommendations. This is a Safety Sensitive position _Essential Job Accountabilities_ __ * Implement Construction Quality Management System to ensure construction projects meet quality standards by analyzing and interpreting results; and identify opportunities for innovation and technology adoption in the field to ensure operation goals are being achieved. * Analyze customer and project requirements and internal cost structure to support the development of project budgets. * Manage Company Incident Tracker data and process to ensure accurate results are captured and tracked, seeking out data trends that drive operational improvement. Facilitate CLE process to ensure lessons learned are shared and best practices are developed. * Coordinate field-based technology capabilities across operations to ensure a valid understanding of our capabilities and processes. * Provide technical support and adoption of technology with construction operations to ensure the project objectives are achieved. * Develop, implement, and administer engineering technology procedures and other work controlling documents to ensure clarification of process and best practices. * Support projects by analyzing project data and communicating recommended courses of
