What You'll Do.
Review approved construction drawings and specifications
Communicate with contractor workers
building inspectors and report findings
Write concise inspection reports using specific language pertaining to contract documents
and any applicable code
Communicate with AAR office to report inspection observations
scheduling and sample pick up coordination
Inspection and verification of materials for compliance to the plans and specifications
Accurately complete quality records relating to material testing
Review of contract documents
Ensure that contractors comply with specifications
