What You'll Do.
Lead projects through all phases
Manage subcontractor procurement
contract administration
and project buyout activities
Develop and update project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
Monitor schedule progress and address delays or critical path impacts
Conduct site visits to evaluate safety
Coordinate with field teams
Ensure compliance with permits
and regulatory requirements
Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear documentation and reporting
Oversee financial performance
Identify constructability concerns and support value engineering solutions
Ensure adherence to contract requirements

These positions are ideal for construction professionals with experience managing estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, compliance, and project execution from preconstruction through final closeout. Projects may include renovations, infrastructure improvements, IDIQ contracts, design/build work, lump-sum projects, and fast-track construction assignments. ## Role Scope by Level Level I (Project Manager I)Best suited for professionals managing smaller or less complex projects, with responsibility for coordinating day-to-day execution and supporting overall project delivery.
