Must Have

Minimum of five years of direct project management experience in the Building Construction Industry, Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Project Scheduling software, Proficiency in financial accounting systems, Personal computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project), Adobe Writer, Visio, basic Windows environment

Nice to Have

Management experience with projects related to Fire management systems, Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or an Associate’s Degree with equivalent work-related experience, PMI/PMP Certification, NICET Fire Alarm

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with Owner and contractor sales managers; Collaborate with branch installation managers; Interface with and provide direction to various teams; Coordinate with Project Engineers; Coordinate with System Application Engineers; Develop long-term relationships with customers; Develop long-term relationships with consultants; Develop long-term relationships with prime contractors; Develop long-term relationships with subcontractors; Ensure subcontractors understand project expectations; Coordinate with Fire Sales & Operations Managers; Coordinate with Construction Management Services; Coordinate with Fire Installation Manager; Coordinate with Systems Team Leader; Coordinate with Service Operations Manager; Coordinate with Branch Mechanical Project Team Leader

Communication Scope

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills; Ability to convey technical material to a non-technical audience
