Minimum 5 years of professional experience, Familiarity with FHWA-funded construction projects, Familiarity with federal grant administration, Familiarity with Buy America / BABA compliance, Familiarity with WSDOT specifications, Prior experience supporting construction project management, Prior experience supporting public works, Prior experience supporting infrastructure projects, Regular presence on project sites, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Proficiency in Bluebeam, Organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple active construction projects, Ability to work effectively with other Construction Project Managers, Ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams, Excellent prioritization skills, Excellent time management skills, Superior verbal communication skills, Superior written communication skills
Nice to Have
Associate degree preferred, Bachelor's degree preferred, CCM preferred, PMP preferred

Manage complex infrastructure projects

Manage grant-supported construction programs
Oversee compliance with federal funding requirements

Prepare contractual documentation
