What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of related construction management experience in lieu of a degree, Demonstrated understanding of mechanical engineering principles for cooling systems, Demonstrated contractor and vendor management experience (request for proposals, bidding, change orders) associated with construction and project execution, Experience directly related to the design and construction of HV substations or large scale mechanical and electrical plants
Nice to Have
Experience with large scale technical operations, mission-critical mechanical/electrical infrastructure, or large-scale compute farms, Experience dealing with location-specific electrical utility providers, Experience of risk and change management through procurement, delivery and handover of design and build projects, Experience of leading contract and commercial negotiations and administration of design and build projects
