Must Have
4–7 years of experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor, knowledge of commercial construction processes and project execution, Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, Experience with scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and cost control, Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software, communication, organizational, and leadership skills, Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, Ability to work on active job sites, including walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, 10+ years of relevant construction management experience in lieu of a degree, Experience supporting government or public-sector construction projects, Familiarity with IDIQ contracts and fast-track project delivery, OSHA 30 certification, First Aid and CPR certifications, USACE/NAVFAC CQC certification (a plus), Professional certifications such as AC, CPC, or PE are highly valued

## Description Construction Project Manager – Commercial Projects Location: Falls Church, VA Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensation: $95,000+ annually (based on experience) Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a variety of commercial, institutional, and government-related projects from initial planning through final completion. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in managing multiple priorities, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
