4–7 years of experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor, knowledge of commercial construction processes and project execution, Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, Experience with scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and cost control, Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software, communication, organizational, and leadership skills, Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, Ability to work on active job sites, including walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs

This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in managing multiple priorities, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
