Must Have
Minimum three years of direct Construction or Project Management experience and/or training, Demonstrated ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings and forecast and prepare budgets, Demonstrates capability to read, understand and apply standards to complex documents including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, work letters, detailed SOW, surveys and construction drawings.
Nice to Have
Previous experience working with retail stores a plus, Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or Construction Management, PMP certification
