What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years construction project management experience, Experience managing HVAC controls projects, Experience managing projects valued at $3M or more, Proficient in Project Management software, Proficient in financial accounting systems, Personal Computer working capabilities in MS Office, Personal Computer working capabilities in Adobe Writer, Personal Computer working capabilities in Visio, Personal Computer working capabilities in basic Windows environment, Able to execute projects of higher complexity
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture, Associate's Degree with equivalent work related experience, PMI/PMP Certification preferred, Experience in dealing with large and diverse number of simultaneous challenges
