Management experience with projects related to Mechanical Retrofits, Management experience with projects related to HVAC controls, Management experience with projects related to BAS management, Management experience with projects related to Fire management, Management experience with projects related to Security management systems, Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, Associate’s Degree with equivalent work-related experience, University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, PMI/PMP Certification

Lead significant HVAC Controls construction projects
Ensure profitable execution of assigned BAS Complex Projects
Provide early sales support activities
Maintain positive cash flow
Comply with legal requirements
Uphold ethical standards
Adhere to safety standards
Follow project management procedures
Act as primary internal leader for execution teams
Develop and execute project schedules
and collaborate with Project Engineers
Evaluate contractual scope of work
Address impact of client-issued bulletins
Seek additional work through change orders
Perform associated cost estimates
Negotiate final settlement prices
Manage company technical resources
Manage subcontractors
Review and interpret contract Terms and Conditions
Analyze financial reporting systems
Analyze project schedules
Communicate project progress
Communicate project issues
Communicate financial statuses to management
Establish project recovery plans
Prepare and issue subcontracts
Ensure project document controls comply with contract requirements
Oversee project construction for compliance
and delivery schedule of materials
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
Develop and maintain long-term consultant relationships
Develop and maintain long-term prime contractor relationships
Develop and maintain long-term subcontractor relationships
Attend job progress meetings
Coordinate with HVAC Sales & Operations Managers
Coordinate with Construction Management Services
Coordinate with HVAC Installation Manager
Coordinate with Systems Team Leader
Coordinate with Service Operations Manager
Coordinate with Branch Mechanical Project Team Leader
Ensure engineering and commissioning aligns with standards
Facilitate escalation of product-related issues
Assist Area Management Team in project development
Assist sales in project development
Coordinate customer training requirements
Interact with and direct Truck Based teams
Perform sales support activities
Perform cost estimating
Perform project scheduling
Perform project management of assigned projects
Develop and maintain Microsoft project schedules
