What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, 3 or more years of post-graduate experience in construction, project management, or a built environment role, Knowledge of building codes, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements
Nice to Have
Experience on commercial, retail, or hospitality fitout projects is advantageous, Understanding of construction processes, site management, contractor coordination, and budget control, Knowledge of or interest in AI tools and their application in construction and project management is highly regarded
What You'll Do.
Provide end-to-end project management for all new builds
Ensure all projects are delivered on time and
Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges to maintain
Deliver all construction projects within or under the
Monitor construction costs
and unforeseen expenditures
Identify and implement cost-saving measures
maintaining high-quality standards
Ensure all restaurants are built in strict adherence
Validate that construction meets GYG's operational and brand
Confirm that all construction aligns with landlord agreements
Act as the primary liaison between all external
Partner with Design Managers to ensure seamless translation
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal leadership
Identify and mitigate potential risks
Conduct quality checks and site inspections to ensure
