What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-10 years’ experience as a Construction Manager or Construction Manager, Experience working in brownfield substations near live high voltage equipment, Expert knowledge of materials, means and methods involved in the construction of electrical substations and transmission lines, Expert knowledge in construction safety standards, Proficiency in reading and interpreting contract requirements, Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
What You'll Do.
Support Project Manager with planning deliverables
Review design drawings for constructability
Monitor construction progress
Track contemplated changes
Evaluate and negotiate claims
Facilitate construction management meetings
Coordinate design and construction interfaces
Update construction drawings
Advise on proposal and tender documents
Act as Site Safety Coordinator
Report Safety or Environmental incidents
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Facilitate construction management meetings between Contractors, the Owner, Engineering, and other key stakeholders; Working within multidiscipline teams
Communication Scope
Advanced communication skills (written and verbal); Maintain professional and effective working relationship

Project planning, Construction Management, Progress tracking, Risk management
