Must Have

12+ Years of work experience in design and construction management, Experience in project management in mission critical facilities, Experience in reading and interpreting construction related drawings for all disciplines, Experience in carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment/mass production, Experience in stakeholder management

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in Construction Management, Architecture, Structural, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Experience in mission critical projects (data centers, semi-conductors, hospitals, oil and gas), Knowledge of Thai building codes and regulations, Previous vendor and contractor/subcontractor negotiation and management skills, Experience in mechanical and electrical systems, Experience working on both greenfield and brownfield projects
