Responsibilities include: planning, budgeting, and oversight of design, construction and occupancy while meeting appropriate regulatory standards within organizational standards and policy. Manages projects and promotes collaboration with internal and external customers and partners. Reviews proposed project and with Manager of department is able to evaluate the project and alignment to the strategic plans for the organization. Responsible for leading multiple projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction.
