## Description Project Manager (Level I / Level II) Location: Leesburg, VA Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensation Project Manager I: Starting at $95,000+ annually (based on experience) Project Manager II: Starting at $110,000+ annually (based on experience) Position Overview A growing construction and project delivery environment is seeking Construction Project Leads at both intermediate and senior levels to oversee a variety of commercial, institutional, infrastructure, and public-sector construction projects. These roles involve managing projects through all stages of execution, including estimating, planning, procurement, scheduling, construction oversight, and project closeout. Project types may include renovations, infrastructure improvements, IDIQ contracts, negotiated work, design/build delivery, and fast-paced construction schedules. Position Levels Project Manager I This level is best suited for professionals managing smaller-scale or moderately complex projects while coordinating daily project execution and supporting overall delivery objectives. Typical Experience Profile: 4–7 years of construction project management experience with a degree or 10+ years of related construction experience without a degree Experience coordinating subcontractors and/or self-performed work Exposure to government-related projects is beneficial Project Manager II This level is intended for professionals overseeing larger or more technically complex projects with increased responsibility for financial management, strategic coordination, and client communication.
