ABOUT THE ROLE Valinor Harbor is seeking a Construction Operations Technician to support both field construction activities and day-to-day office operations for a growing technology company. This is a hands-on, flexible role for someone who is organized, resourceful, and comfortable shifting between shop/field work and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, willing to learn, and capable of handling a wide variety of tasks — from basic construction work and project support to vendor coordination, sourcing materials, compliance assistance, and general office administration. This role offers opportunities to grow into crew coordination and day-to-day project management responsibilities. WHAT YOU'LL DO Construction & Field Support - Perform hands-on construction and top-out work including wall panels, painting, electrical assistance, installation, and general project support - Assist with framing, finishing, caulking, sealing, and hardware and fixture installation - Assist fabrication and production teams with project assembly - Maintain clean and organized job sites, shop areas, and tools - Support loading/unloading materials and invent
