Must Have
construction background required, Experience in construction operations, project coordination, scheduling, or project management, understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling logic, Ability to identify bottlenecks and proactively solve problems, Experience pushing schedules and accelerating project timelines, Comfortable managing multiple moving parts simultaneously, leadership and accountability management skills, Excellent communication and follow-up abilities, Comfortable communicating with contractors and field teams daily, Ability to manage schedules, staffing coordination, and daily operations efficiently, technology and software proficiency, Experience with construction software platforms and project tracking systems, Comfortable using: Monday. com, OpenSpace or similar construction software, Security camera systems, Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, Messaging and communication platforms
Nice to Have
Experience managing residential construction projects, Experience with remote construction operations coordination, Bilingual (English + Spanish) is a plus!, Experience with Monday. com preferred

- Job Title: Construction Operations & Scheduling Coordinator - Working hours: Monday – Friday - 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (FT 40 hours a week) - Location: remote position - LATAM (Central or South America) - Compensation: USD $1,200 - $1,700/month About the Opportunity: We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and tech-savvy Construction Operations & Scheduling Coordinator to oversee our custom-built Monday.com http://Monday.com construction management portal, enforce company processes and protocols, and actively manage project schedules to keep projects moving ahead of deadlines. This role is critical to the daily execution of our construction operations. The ideal candidate has a strong construction background, understands scheduling and field operations, and knows how to identify bottlenecks, solve problems quickly, and push projects forward with urgency. This person will be responsible for holding teams accountable, communicating daily with staff and contractors, auditing project progress, managing punch lists, reviewing quality control through cameras and OpenSpace software, assisting procurement, and helping drive schedule performance across all projects. We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced construction environments, communicates aggressively and professionally, and can proactively create solutions instead of simply identifying problems.
