What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, 4–7 years of experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor, 10+ years of relevant construction management experience in lieu of a degree, Experience managing subcontractors and/or self-performed scopes of work, understanding of construction project execution, scheduling, and workflow coordination, Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents, Experience with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control, Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software platforms, leadership, communication, and organizational skills, Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, Ability to work in active construction environments, including walking job sites and lifting up to 50 lbs when necessary
Nice to Have
Experience supporting government or public-sector construction projects, Familiarity with IDIQ contracts and fast-track construction schedules, OSHA 30 certification, First Aid and CPR certifications, USACE/NAVFAC CQC certification, Professional credentials such as AC, CPC, or PE

## Description Senior Construction Project Manager – Commercial & Government Projects Location: Falls Church, VA Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Salary: Starting at $95,000+ annually (commensurate with experience) Position Summary An established construction firm is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a range of commercial, institutional, and public-sector projects. This position is responsible for driving projects from early planning stages through completion, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
